Measuring Guide

Collar Size Guide

Finding the perfect fit for your dog is simple with Wild Walks. Our collars come in one webbing width of 20mm this is suitable for most small, medium, and large dog breeds and three adjustable lengths.

  • Small - 25cm to 40cm
  • Medium - 35cm to 50cm
  • Large -  45cm to 60cm

Custom sizing is also available to meet your specific needs and preferences. Collars may slip over the head of dogs with long necks and small ears.  Accurate measurement is crucial, as these bespoke collars cannot be resized or amended. Please contact me if you need any help before ordering.

How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck

Measuring with a Soft Tape: Wrap a soft tape measure around your dog’s neck, leaving enough space to fit two fingers comfortably underneath the tape. Use this exact measurement when requesting a custom collar.

Measuring an Existing Collar

For Clip Collars: Measure from the end of the buckle to the start of the material (excluding the clip). No need to add extra length.

For Buckle Collars: Measure from the bottom of the buckle to the hole your dog currently uses. Again, no extra length needs to be added.
