Eligibility
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

Your satisfaction is always my priority, but I must also protect the care, time, and craftsmanship I put into making bespoke dog accessories and offering a platform that allows customers to create what they want.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us at hello@wildwalksaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Handmade Products
For handmade products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if there is an issue. I’ll assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Additional Information
No Returns on Sale Items or Gift Cards: These items cannot be returned or refunded.
Custom Products: Fully customisable, bespoke, and single-size-specific collars are non-refundable. However, exchanges or store credit may be possible if you contact me in advance to come to an agreement.
